If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order.
You can pay online for your order using Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch, Solo and American Express. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation.
We use Sage Pay payment service for the secure transfer and processing of credit/debit card information.

Sage Pay encrypt all credit or debit card information and authorise payment directly. No credit or debit card details are stored once your order has been processed. This is why you need to enter your card details each time you order.

We offer a complimentary gift-wrapping service on all our products. Please tick the Gift-Wrapping option on the checkout page if you would like your item(s) gift-wrapped.
Orders are normally despatched within two working days of receipt of the order. Please allow 5 working days for delivery.
For express or next-day delivery please contact us for delivery charges.
Our standard charge for mainland UK delivery is £4.00. (Unfortunately this standard charge excludes the Scottish Highlands and some other parts of north Scotland. Please contact us for a quote for delivery charges to these areas.)
Please ensure that we are given a full and correct address with postcode. We regret we are unable to deliver to a PO Box Number.
For deliveries to Southern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man please contact us for delivery charges and availability.
For overseas delivery please contact us for a quotation for overseas delivery and handling charges. Some overseas orders may be subject to local import duties and we will not be liable for these payments.
We believe you will be delighted with your purchase from Velvet Brown; however we do understand that there may be occasions when you wish to return an item. If you are unhappy with a product for any reason please contact us immediately.
We will arrange to exchange or refund the purchase price of the goods once they are returned in perfect condition, unused and with their original packaging. We will require you to pay for the return postage of any items being returned and, for your own protection, we recommend you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery.
The above terms do not affect your Statutory Rights. English Law applies to all purchases.
